Ronald McDonald House

Last night I attended the "Fun" draiser at the Ronald McDonald House at Sanford's campus. We were selling "gifts" that the house needs before it hosts the first family on January 12th. There are still many needs that need to be met. The house was filled with many local people who care about the families that will stay here. If you would like to donate an item, please contact me for more information.

Canton Christmas Parade

Tonight was a beautiful winter night in Canton for their annual Christmas Parade. Miss South Dakota, Morgan Peck and I rode through the parade together followed by Little Miss Canton, Gabriella Isais. The Canton Chamber did a great job organizing the parade. The Lincoln County Cruisers Hot Wheels float won the best overall award. Go LCC!! Afterward, I met up with the Lifelight group and greeted the guests that were on board the tour bus.

Today, Little Miss Canton and I helped greet guests that were touring the Kennedy Mansion in Canton. Many familiar faces were there looking through the historic residence. The owner of the mansion, Dave Amundson, set up the tours and donated all proceeds to Love INC. in Canton.
