Color Me Mine Princess Party, Prom Closet and Miss America Pageant Party

Today was a eventful day!!! I started out the morning at the Color Me Mine Princess Party where Miss Teen USA 2010 Emily Miller, Miss South Dakota Teen USA 2010 Alyssa Hustrulid and I greeted the young ladies that attended the event. We painted tiara nightlights, painted nails, painted faces and made princess cupcakes. What a wonderful event!!

Then, I drove to Lennox for the Prom Closet dress event. I was invited to teach a mini course on prom and runway modeling. The LHS ladies were great to work with. Junior Miss Canton 2009 Mackenzie Halverson also helped me teach the course.

Then, that evening I hosted the 2nd annual Miss America Pageant Party at my home. Our livingroom was filled with young ladies cheering on our very own Miss South Dakota America 2009 Morgan Peck as she competed for the title of Miss America.

What a wonderful day!!

Tonight I helped out at the Media One FunSki benefit for the Children's Inn in Sioux Falls. Staci Kropuenske and her team did a great job planning the event. I helped give out the awards during the awards ceremony at the end of the evening. For more details on next year's Funski visit http://www.funski.org/
